After placing an order, you will receive confirmation so you know your purchase is recorded and being processed. This includes on-screen confirmation and email confirmation (when available).
Immediately after checkout
- On-screen confirmation: you’ll see a success message or confirmation page after payment completes.
- Order details: items, quantity, total, and your selected delivery method (shown in your order summary).
Email confirmation
You should receive an email confirmation shortly after checkout. It typically includes your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders and search for “Astreé Co.” in your inbox.
Where to find your order later
- If you ordered while logged in, your order may appear in your account order history.
- If you used guest checkout, keep your email confirmation for reference.
If you didn’t receive confirmation
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Check spam/junk and promotions tabs.
- Confirm the payment succeeded (your payment provider may show it as completed).
- Contact support with your name, email used at checkout, and approximate order time.

Save your order number. It’s the fastest way for support to locate your purchase and help with changes or delivery questions.
