Placing an order on Astreé Co. is designed to be quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase from product selection to payment confirmation.
Step 1 — Choose your candle
- Open a product page and review scent notes, sillage (strength), and segment if shown.
- Select your preferred size (4 oz / 6 oz / 8 oz) and any available options.
- Click Add to Cart.
Step 2 — Review your cart
- Click View Cart (from the cart popup) or open the cart icon.
- Confirm quantity and items. Remove or adjust if needed.
Step 3 — Checkout
- Click Checkout.
- Select or add your shipping address.
- Choose a shipping method (for example: Free Shipping / Local Pickup / Flat Rate if available).
- Select your payment method (available options may include PayPal, Stripe/card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, wallet).
- Accept Terms & Conditions (if required) and continue to payment.
Step 4 — Payment & completion
- Complete payment in the selected method’s flow.
- When successful, you’ll see an order confirmation on-screen.
- You’ll also receive an email confirmation with your order details.

If you entered the wrong address, selected the wrong size, or need to update your order, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change.
