We process orders quickly to keep delivery reliable. If you need to change an item, size, address, or cancel, the best chance is to contact us as soon as possible—ideally within the same hour after checkout.
What can usually be changed
- Shipping address (before dispatch)
- Phone number / delivery notes
- Swapping size or scent (only if the order has not been dispatched and stock allows)
- Adding a gift message (if the order has not been packed yet)
What may not be possible
- Changes after the order has been packed or handed to the courier
- Major edits that require re-processing payment after dispatch
How to request a change (fast)
- Contact support immediately.
- Include your order number, email used at checkout, and the requested change.
- If it’s an address change, paste the full corrected address in one message.
Tip
The earlier we hear from you, the more we can do. Once a parcel is dispatched, changes may require courier-level rerouting.
