After you sign in, open Orders to see your full order history. Click Details on any order to view items, addresses, totals, shipping method, and invoice.
1) Where to find your order history (Orders list)
Option A — from your account
- Sign in to your Astreé Co. account.
- Go to Orders (your account orders page).
Option B — direct link
Open: /en/order/orders
What you’ll see on the Orders page
Each order row shows:
- Order #
- Total
- Status (example: Processing)
- Date & time
- Details button
2) How to view order details
- On the Orders page, find the order you want.
- Click Details.
Direct format example: /en/order/order_details/ORDER_NUMBER

Order summary (top)
- Status
- Payment Status (example: Payment Received)
- Payment Method
- Date
- Updated
Addresses
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
Products
For each product you’ll typically see:
- Product name + image
- Unit price
- Quantity
- Total
- Item status / updated
Shipping + totals
- Shipping method
- Subtotal
- Shipping
- VAT (if applied)
- Total
4) How to download your invoice / receipt
- On the order details page, click View Invoice (top-right).
- You may also have a downloads section in your orders area.
Troubleshooting
I can’t see my order in Orders
- Make sure you’re signed into the same account used at checkout.
- If you used Guest Checkout, the order may not appear in account history. Use your order confirmation email (order number) or contact support.
The Details page won’t load
- Refresh the page, or try a different browser.
- If it still fails, send support your Order # + a screenshot.
Status looks stuck
Sometimes statuses update in batches. If it hasn’t changed for an unusual time, contact support with:
- Order #
- What status you see
- Your delivery location
