Save one or more shipping addresses in your profile so checkout is faster and delivery details are consistent. You can add a new address, edit an existing one, or remove addresses you no longer use.
Where to manage addresses
Go to My Account → Profile Settings → Shipping Address. You’ll see your saved addresses as cards, each with Edit (pencil) and Delete (trash) icons.
Add a new address
- Open Profile Settings → Shipping Address.
- Click Add New Address.
- Fill in your details (name, street, city, phone, email if requested).
- Save.
Edit an address
- Find the address card you want to update.
- Click the pencil icon (Edit).
- Update the details and save.
Remove an address
- On the address card, click the trash icon (Delete).
- Confirm removal (if prompted).
How “default address” works
On the Shipping Address page you may not see a “Set default” button. In that case, your default for an order is simply the address you select during checkout.
- At checkout, go to Shipping Information and select the address you want for that order.
- If available, you can also tick Use same address for billing to keep billing aligned.
Tips to avoid delivery issues
- Add apartment/unit number and entrance details when relevant.
- Use an active phone number for courier updates.
- Double-check spelling for city/street to prevent delays.
