Social login (such as Google/Apple/Facebook) is a fast sign-in option. If you created your account using a social login button, you should continue using that same method to access the account.
How it works
- On the sign-in page, select the social provider button.
- Approve the login request when prompted.
- You’ll be returned to Astreé Co. and signed in automatically.
Common issues
I used Google/Apple before but now email/password doesn’t work
That usually means your account is linked to the social login. Use the same social button to sign in.
The social login pop-up closes
Allow pop-ups for this site and disable strict privacy extensions for the login step, then retry.
