Promo codes are applied during checkout. If a code doesn’t work, it’s usually due to eligibility rules, product exclusions, or stacking limitations.
How to apply a promo code
- Go to your cart at
/en/cartor proceed to checkout. - Find the Promo code field.
- Enter the code exactly as provided and click Apply.
- Confirm the discount appears before completing payment.
Common reasons a promo code may not work
- The code is expired or not active yet.
- Your cart doesn’t meet a minimum spend or required items.
- The code excludes certain items (e.g., sale items, limited editions, or bundles).
- Only one discount can apply—checkout keeps the best eligible discount.
- The code is region-specific and not valid for your shipping country.
