Refund timing depends on when the returned items are received and processed, and on your payment provider. Some methods take longer to post back to your account.
Typical refund flow
- Return request approved (if applicable)
- Item received and inspected
- Refund issued to the original payment method (or store credit if offered)
- Bank/provider posts the refund to your account
If you haven’t received your refund
- Check your order details or email for refund confirmation.
- Allow extra time for your bank/provider to post the transaction.
- Check whether the refund is listed as pending in your banking app.
When to contact support
If the posting time has passed and you still don’t see the refund, contact support with your Order # and any return/reference number.
