Order changes depend on timing. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can often help. Once a parcel is dispatched, changes are limited.
What’s usually possible
- Before dispatch: we may be able to cancel, adjust items, or update the shipping address.
- After dispatch: changes are typically not possible; you can request a return after delivery if eligible.
How to request a change
- Contact support as soon as possible.
- Include your Order # (or the email used at checkout).
- State the exact change you need: cancel, address update, item change, etc.
